The Official Xbox Magazine, the United Kingdom’s largest gaming magazine made internet news today with their titillating unboxing video of the Xbox One, surprisingly called “How Sexy is the Xbox One?”
Xbox One Molested
At first glance the video made by Jon “Log” Blyth (Associate Editor of OXM, and award-winning writer and video producer) sounds like something akin to Monty Python with its sexual innuendo and its violating gestures imposed upon the Xbox One.
Smooth vs. Ribbed
But in actuality the video, which might be considered a spoof, gives the viewer a pretty nice look at the console. While it might not give you a list of the specs, it gives the viewer a thorough look at the machine (from several hilarious angles) while “Log” tests the Xbox One’s sex appeal by grading the exterior from its smooth controller, to the “ribbing” on the console.
Will You “Love” the Xbox One?
While the video was probably made out of fun and jest, it is rather nice to see some positive press regarding the Xbox One after their last few weeks of hauntingly poor media coverage and consumer disdain. Let’s hope that the Xbox One proves to be just as fun as OXM made it out to be. With its rumble controller and its impulse triggers I think the Xbox One sounds pretty sexy. What do you think?
