Head to Timue’s Hovel in the Blightmarsh region of Hawezar to start the quest. I got there by traveling to the Vyeresz waypoint and heading east into the swamp. You’ll find her Hovel in the southeast edge of the Blightmarsh area, encased in red vines.

Once you’ve started Swamp’s Protection, you’ll need to gather the supplies from directly behind Timue in the chest. Then, find Baridan, Duraya, and Raldin. A blue search area will appear on your map for their general area. You’ll want to pursue them in the following order.

  • I found Baridan directly west of the Hovel.
  • Duraya northwest of the Hovel.
  • Raldin North of the Hovel.

Where to Find the Bandit Camp in Swamp’s Protection

Once you make your way to Raldin, a group of Bandits will appear for you to defeat. If you’re having difficulty locating the Bandits, it could be an in-game bug, so try logging out and logging back in within the same area.

Raldin will inform you that the bandit group might’ve taken his brother, so now you need to find the bandit camp. A new blue search area will appear on your map, and the bandit camp is in the northeast region of it. You’ll need to kill a group of bandits once you find it.

After you eliminate the bandits, return to Timue in her Hovel. The location will be marked on your map. After speaking to her, you’ll have completed Swamp’s Protection. Your reward is gold and XP tailored to your level, +20 Hawezar renown, and an herb cache.
