Gearbox Software just released a new trailer for the latest Borderlands 2 DLC, Tiny Tina’s Assault on Dragon Keep, and it is both hilarious and slightly touching. The story of the DLC takes place after the main story, so if you do not want to be spoiled, do not watch the video.
The fairytale world of Bunkers and Badasses
Besides the overall story, the main plot in the new DLC involves some of the characters playing a game called, Bunkers and Badasses, with Tiny Tina. This game largely resembles Dungeons and Dragons. Tiny Tina comes up with all sorts of scenarios and you play as characters in the made up game. This DLC provides a brand new area and style to the game, where anything is possible. There are plenty of new weapons and even the addition of elemental magic. There is also new costume DLC for each of the characters to make them look more like they belong in the fantasy world.
More Borderlands content to come
Gearbox isn’t stopping there. They are also raising the level cap and adding more content in future DLC.
