Marvel’s Midnight Suns Morbius DLC Release Means It’s Morbin’ Time

You can now add the lord of vampire memes, Dr. Michael Morbius, to your team in Marvel's Midnight Suns.

Marvel’s Midnight Suns Morbius is now in the game. 2K Games has released the third DLC pack for its Marvel-themed RPG, introducing the most memed of all Marvel characters, Dr. Michael Morbius. While this is a far better representation of the vampire king versus whatever 2022’s movie was, it’s hard not to think “It’s Morbin’ Time” when hearing his name.

Thankfully, the new mini-campaign, “The Hunger,” featured in the DLC release should put any silly memes out of your mind. This release comes on the heels of the Venom DLC released in February.

The plot for The Hunter revolves around Morbius joining the Midnight Suns to combat a new vampyre threat to the world. Along the way, you’ll get access to 11 unique new Hero abilities, the aforementioned new campaign, and a slew of Abbey upgrades for your home base. There are also some nice cosmetic unlockables for Morbius.

Morbius joins previous DLC characters Venom, Blade, and Deadpool, who both came with their own vampyre-themed story missions. When Storm launches later this year, it will likely conclude with players facing off against Dracula and stopping the vampyre threat. That might be exactly what Morbius wants, however.

Marvel’s Midnight Suns is available now for PC (via Steam and Epic Games Store), PS5, and Xbox Series X|S. The season pass includes access to all four bits of post-release content.
