Although Salads may seem mundane to prepare repeatedly throughout the week, various recipes are available for you to choose from. Pokemon Sleep: All Salad Recipes
You can only prepare salad recipes if your Snorlax’s preferred dish this week is a salad. You’ll find out what your Snorlax prefers at the beginning of the week when you meet it. You can also confirm its preference by checking your recipes when feeding your Snorlax or cooking. Finally, if a dish turns out to be a salad, then it is your Snorlax’s preferred dish for this week, regardless of the ingredients you use.
To create a variety of salad dishes and access more salad recipes, make sure to choose the “Choose a Recipe” option when cooking dishes for Snorlax to eat during breakfast, lunch, or dinner. This feature becomes available after discovering 12 Sleep Styles.
