How to Destroy Flesh Walls in Blasphemous 2

Flesh walls in Blasphemous 2 can be destroyed once you have the Ruego Al Alba, the sword weapon. To be clear, it’s one of three starting weapons in the game. If you selected it at the beginning of the campaign, then you don’t need to worry anymore since the ability can be used by default.

However, for those who chose something else, you need not fret. You can still acquire the Ruego Al Alba later once you arrive in the Crown of Towers. I’ve included a map showing the exact location of the weapon:

Ruego Al Alba Location

Here’s what I did during my playthrough to obtain the Blasphemous 2 Ruego Al Alba sword:

  • From the City of the Blessed Name, there are a couple of paths that you can take:
    • In my case, I went through Grilles and Ruin, followed by Palace of Embroideries. The southeastern corner has an elevator that takes you all the way up to the Crown of Towers.
    • Alternatively, you can take the upper-left exit in Grilles and Ruin. That leads to Choir of Thorns, with an upper-right exit going to Crown of Towers.
  • I found the Ruego Al Alba by following the lower-right path in the Crown of Towers. The southeastern edge of that zone has a small chamber. I saw a ruined statue there that rewarded the sword.

How to Use Ruego Al Alba to Destroy Flesh Walls

The Blasphemous 2 flesh walls can be destroyed by hitting them with the Ruego Al Alba’s diving attack. The goal is to jump from a higher ledge or position. While in mid-air, press down and Square/X. If you were able to jump from a greater height, then the impact will be strong enough to rend the fleshy obstacle.

In any case, that’s all you need to know about how to destroy flesh walls in Blasphemous 2. Don’t forget to check out other weapon-related abilities, such as activating bells and using teleportation mirrors. For other tips and tactics, you can visit our Blasphemous 2 guides hub.
