Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3: All MW3 Beta Maps List

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 plans to refresh all of the 16 maps from the previous Modern Warfare 2. So, you’re probably wondering exactly which maps you can expect to see in the Open Beta. While you can’t play all MW3 maps in the Beta, there are enough to get you excited about the full release. Here, you’ll find all of the MW3 maps you can play during the beta.

All MW3 Beta Maps Listed

The Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 Beta will have five maps to play, each providing a unique experience. However, we all have our favorites, especially when it comes to maps for competitive first-person shooter games like CoD. Here are all of the maps in the MW3 beta.

Estate

The Estate is located at an autumnal mountainside lodge. You can move along the outskirts of the perimeter to flank opponents or compete for control of the lodge itself. Each match I’ve played here has had a heavy focus on combat in the interior of the lodge.

Favela

Set in Rio de Janeiro, Favela has complex topography that gives you multiple options to choose from. Head into the alleyways for some close combat encounters, take the high ground in buildings, or stick to the outskirts for a chance at ranged combat.

Skidrow

Skidrow is where the new Tac-Stance takes center stage, with plenty of tight corners to get an angle on your opponents. You can traverse through the tunnels and alleyways, or head to the central building for close combat.

Popov Power

Popov Power is exclusive to the large-scale Ground War mode. Set in an industrial backdrop, the map gives you plenty of options to choose from. Snipe your opponents from the roof of buildings, take control of armored vehicles, or weave through the buildings for fast-paced action.

Rust

One of the most chaotic maps, Rust is set in a desert construction zone with large shipping containers to get angles, and tall cranes to take the high ground. The compact size of this map adds to the intensity of every match played here.

Like any Call of Duty game, you can vote between two maps in the lobbies. However, Popov Power is the only map available for the Ground War game mode. Additionally, Rust will only be available once the Open Beta period begins.
