Cyberpunk 2077 is better than ever before with the 2.0 update and Phantom Liberty expansion. If you’re playing through the game for the first time, you’ll find dozens of quests and missions to complete. Perhaps one of the strangest is called Automatic Love. With some truly gripping atmosphere and disturbing twists, it’s a main job that sees you gathering information on a specific character in a Dollhouse. Here’s how to complete Automatic Love in Cyberpunk 2077.
Cyberpunk 2077: Automatic Love Walkthrough Guide
The goal of this mission is to figure out where Evelyn is, and Judy is none too happy about V asking about her. Start the mission by going to Judy’s. You’ll get questioned at the entrance to Lizzie’s, but you’ll get in easily.
Head inside and go through the club and downstairs to find Judy in the basement. Talking with her reveals information about where Evelyn is, and that means it’s time to head over to Clouds, the place where Evelyn works. There, you’ll be told to wait until evening to get in. After nightfall, head inside and talk to the receptionist to set up a session with a Doll.
Choose a Doll and Gather More Information on Evelyn
This is one of the strangest areas in all of Cyberpunk, and you’ll have to decide which Doll to have your session with. No matter what you pick, the situation plays out relatively the same. Pick either Angel or Skye, and you’ll have to pay 500 Eddies to continue the mission.
Head to Booth 9 to find your assigned doll. You’ll have to put all your weapons away before continuing. Forgetting to do this will turn the building hostile, so follow the instructions, and you won’t have a problem. Question the Doll about Evelyn to get some information. A trippy sequence follows where the Doll reads your mind and infiltrates your very being. It’s intriguing and offputting all at once.
After your little therapy session, say the safeword you chose to end the session, and you’ll find a very panicked Doll confused at being ripped out of the sequence. Question her on Evelyn to get more information on where she might be, but ultimately, you won’t get a whole lot here except for a thread to Tom, who might know more.
Tom and the VIP Room: How to Get a VIP Pass
To get to Tom and the VIP room, you need a VIP pass. There are guards around here who have it, and you can follow one into the bathroom, knock him out, and take it to make this go smoothly. Go to the VIP room and Tom to get more information on where Evelyn is. Eventually, you’ll find out you need to go to Woodman’s office to get your final answer on the situation.
Should You Kill Woodman or Let Him Go?
Woodman is the worst, and you’ll get the chance to either kill him or let him go.
- Letting him go is the easy option.
- If you kill him, you’ll still have to get the information on Evelyn from his computer.
Regardless of what you do with Woodman, head out of Clouds and either talk to Johnny or take the elevator to the ground floor. You’ll finish this part of the quest, although the fate of Evelyn will remain unanswered for the time being.
