Depending on your experience with the game, getting the Last Call reward, the Tier 5 legendary NeoFiber, can be easy or difficult. The name of the side job your after, “Last Call,” refers to the final call that Regina Jones makes. This is when she decides to thank V for completing all of her gigs in Watson, thus rewarding him with the NeoFiber cyberware.

Obviously, if you want to get the Last Call reward, you need to complete all of her 22 gigs. This starts with Backs Against the Wall, taking place in the housing block on Columbus Street, and finishes off with Woman of La Mancha in the Kabuki Market.

When these are finished, Regina will call and send you to the Stash in your apartment, where you can retrieve a new Cyberware NeoFiber, the Last Call reward.

If you think that doing all the Regina’s gigs isn’t worth it, then you can purchase NeoFiber at the following locations:

  • Common: Ripperdoc at Kabuki Market ($1,000)
  • Uncommon: Ripperdoc at the Cherry Blossom Market ($1,500)
  • Rare: Ripperdoc in Downtown ($3,000)
  • Epic: Ripperdoc in Arroyo ($5,000)
  • Legendary: Ripperdoc in Arroyo ($7,000)
