Go to the southeastern part of Santo Domingo. Use a set of stairs to ascend to the roof of the building. You will find a dead cop with waterproof boots amidst huge piles of garbage.

Holo-Tinted Badge Goggles Location

Travel to the southwestern part of Northside. Enter a small yard from the main road and deal with the scavengers there. You will see a police car and dead cop lying beside it at the back of the yard.

The holo-tinted badge goggles will increase your overall armor stat by 23.727 points.

Police Helmet with Anti-Shrapnel Visor Location

This helmet can only be obtained by completing the Cuckoo’s Nest gig given, which you get from Muamar Reyes, the main fixer in Santo Domingo. You will need to enter a psychiatric ward on Sequoia St. at Rancho Coronado after the gig.

You will find a loot box with the epic police helmet inside the hospital. It doesn’t have any special stats, but it will complete the armor set.
