Every Minecraft player knows that speedrun seeds are extremely hard to come by, as they require a special set of conditions. We’ve collected the 15 best speedrun seeds for Minecraft 1.20 that will provide you with quick access to the Nether and the End, eventually letting you defeat that pesky Ender Dragon.

Seed: 7836381372989221025
- Spawn: 50, 50
- Biomes: Plains, Taiga
The starting area has an exposed ruined portal present but no village. Don’t worry: you don’t need it to enter the portal since everything you need is in the portal chest.
Once you enter the Nether, you can quickly find the Nether Fortress at coordinates 50, 100. Travel to overworld coordinates 1350, -700 for a stronghold. I was glad to find out that the End Portal had three active eyes already. You can find it at coordinates 1365, -15, -685.

Find the village with blacksmith at coordinates 150, 200 and a ruined portal, which is almost done at coordinates -400, -350. When I entered the Nether, I found the fortress at coordinates -350, -200. After that, I traveled to the overworld coordinates -1150, -1300 and found a stronghold. You can also quickly find the End Portal with three active eyes at coordinates -1130, -5, 1350.

There’s no ruined portal at spawn, but you’ll find a village at coordinates 50, -250. There’s a blacksmith with a chest that contains obsidian to craft a small portal.
The closest Nether fortress is located at coordinates 50, -300. The nearest stronghold can be found at coordinates -1600, -450. The End portal has two active eyes, and I found it at coordinates -1575, 20, -385.

You’ll spawn right in front of a ruined portal, but there’s also a village nearby at coordinates 300, -550. After quickly restoring the portal, go ahead and find the Nether fortress at coordinates -100, -250.
I found the stronghold back in the overworld at coordinates -2000, 50. The End Portal had only one active eye this time at coordinates -1935, 35, 55.

Luckily enough, the village at spawn has a blacksmith with a chest containing not only obsidian for your portal but also diamonds for trading.
The Nether fortress can be found at coordinates -150, 200. The closest stronghold that I could find is located at coordinates -1500, 700. Unfortunately, this End Portal had no active eyes, but you can still activate it at coordinates -1480, -5, 695.

Here’s one of the luckiest speedrun seeds that I was able to spot. It spawns you right next to a village with blacksmith and an exposed ruined portal.
The portal will take you to the Nether with a fortress at coordinates -50, -300. Go back to the overworld, and locate the stronghold at coordinates -1550, -800. The End Portal inside has only one active eye at coordinates -1500, -15, -800.

You’ll spawn on an ocean shore with a village that conveniently has a lava pool in the center. With the help of a bucket and water, you can make obsidian and a Nether portal.
The nearest fortress can be found at coordinates -500, -250. Once you have crafted the Ender Eyes, you need to travel to coordinates 1350, -100. This stronghold has the End portal with four active eyes at coordinates 1310, -25, -135.

The village at spawn has both a lava pool and a blacksmith. There’s also an underwater ruined portal nearby at coordinates 150, 400. In the Nether, go to coordinates -500, 200 for the quick fortress and materials for Ender Eyes. The stronghold in this seed is located at coordinates -1350, -450. The End portal at coordinates -1365, -20, -440 has no active eyes, unfortunately.

If you’d like to start your speedrunning journey on an island, then here’s a village with blacksmith and ruined portal at coordinates -400, 200. I found the nearest fortress at coordinates -400, 100. While the closest stronghold can be found at coordinates 2000, -500. The End portal can be seen at coordinates 2025, 5, -475.

This one will make you travel a bit for the perfect village with a ruined portal and blacksmith at coordinates -1050, 600, but it’s totally worth it. You’ll spot the double Nether fortress at coordinates -1500, 500. The stronghold in the overworld is sitting at coordinates -1850, 50, which is quite close to the village. I’ve found the End portal at coordinates -1835, 20, 25.

- Biomes: Plains, Forest
Spawn in a small village with a lava pool and a source of water for easy obsidian block farming. Once you have the nether portal ready, it’ll take you straight to the nether fortress at coordinates X: -373 Z: 299. I spotted the nearest stronghold at coordinates X: -1,964 Z: 788, but it’s located underwater. If that’s not too convenient for you, then hop over to coordinates X: 1,204 Z: 1,060 for another stronghold, although it’s a bit further.

There’s no village in this seed at spawn, but you get an almost completed ruined portal instead. You don’t even have to craft more obsidian, as there’s enough to finish the portal inside the chest. There’s also an enchanted golden pickaxe and helmet for protection against the nether mobs. The portal will take you to the nether fortress at coordinates X: 43 Z: -197. The closest stronghold is located at coordinates X: -1,372 Z: -1,132.

I spawned on the hill, overlooking a river valley with a village and a lava pool. If you don’t want to craft obsidian blocks yourself, then dig at coordinates X: 8 Z: 104 for an underground ruined portal that’s almost finished. It’ll take you to the nether coordinates X: -133 Z: -101, where you’ll find a fortress and two bastion remnant structures. The nearest stronghold in the overworld can be found at coordinates X: -2,364 Z: 660.

- Biomes: Desert
This time, you’ll find a desert temple with a lava pool at spawn. The chests inside the temple contain three diamonds that could be useful for crafting armor. I also found a ruined portal in the dunes at coordinates X: 184 Z: 72. Once you enter the nether, head over to coordinates X: 555 Z: 43 for a nice fortress with blaze rods. I spotted a stronghold on the ocean shore at coordinates X: -1,500 Z: -124.

- Spawn: X: 160 Z: 32
- Biomes: Desert
This seed is very similar to the previous one, but there’s no desert temple nearby. Instead, you have access to water for easy obsidian farming at the lava pool. If you build the portal next to the lava pool, you’ll end up right at the nether fortress. The closest stronghold that I could find in this seed is located at coordinates X: 1,620 Z: 356.
