The best cyberware in the game includes exceptionally strong melee weapons and body enhancement tools that give you the advantage in almost any situation in any sidejob, mainjob, or gig.

Best Cyberware in Cyberpunk 2077

Monowire

Kendachi Monowire is the melee weapon with the longest range in Cyberpunk 2077.

Although its base damage is quite low, you can make it hit 10-20x times harder than its base damage using fast and strong attack combos. The damage is also increased by your Cool attribute, which makes Monowire perfect for any stealth build.

All ripperdocs sell rare, epic, and legendary versions of Monowire for:

  • 15,450 eurodollars (rare)
  • 25,450 eurodollars (epic)
  • 100,450 eurodollars (legendary)

But you can also get the legendary variant for free by completing the Shark in the Water gig, which is given by Regina Jones at Kabuki, Watson.

Arasaka Projectile Launch System

The Arasaka Projectile Launch System is a compact missile launcher that attaches to your arm. It sends out a volley of projectiles that can deal with multiple targets, though its damage varies.

If you have the Smart Link upgrade, then you can use the Arasaka Projectile Launch System to deal with a single target, which guarantees an insta-kill.

Though you must have a least 20 street cred to buy them, the rare and epic versions can be purchased from any ripperdoc for:

  • 15,450 eurodollars (rare)
  • 25,450 eurodollars (epic)

The legendary variant can only be purchased from the ripperdoc at Wellsprings, Heywood. It will cost you 100,450 eurodollars, and you must have at least 45 street cred to buy it.

Arasaka Mantis Blades

The Arasaka Mantis Blades are a bladed forearm implant that slice through enemies more effectively than a typical katana.

On top of that, they have an unlimited number of light attack combos. On top of that, a single heavy attack of the Mantis Blades can insta-kill an enemy, and, of course, they can also be used for blocking melee attacks.

Rare and epic versions of this weapon can be purchased from any ripperdoc for:

  • 15,350 eurodollars (rare)
  • 25,350 eurodollars (epic)

The legendary version can be acquired for free during the Cyberpsycho Sighting: Phantom of Night City gig, which is given to you by Regina Jones and takes place at Corpo Plaza, Night City. We have a guide for that gig here

Arasaka Gorilla Arms

Arasaka Gorilla Arms turn your fists into supercharged melee weapons. These have their own gauge indicating the power of the next attack, which grows exponentially with each consecutive attack.

This cyberware has a total of 10 available mods, which is the largest for any cyberware in the game. Five of these mods apply to the knuckles and another five to the battery, which provides extra benefits.

You can find detailed info on how to obtain rare, epic, and legendary versions of Gorilla Arms using this guide.

Lynx Paws

Lynx Paws reduces the sound of your movement by 50%, which is quite significant, making it another perfect fit for stealth builds.

This legendary cyberware can be purchased for 85,000 eurodollars from Finger’s M.D. ripperdoc at Japantown, Westbrook and Instant Implants at Kabuki. There are no other rarities for Lynx Paws.

Fortified Ankles

Fortified Ankles allows you to charge your jumps to cover much larger distances than you would be able to normally. Hold the jump button and wait for the charge gauge to fill up, then release the button to leap. The epic version of Fortified Ankles reduces the fall damage by 15%.

Both the rare and epic versions of Fortified Ankles are available from Finger’s M.D. at Japantown, Westbrook for:

  • 45,000 eurodollars (rare)
  • 75,000 eurodollars (epic)

Reinforced Tendons

Reinforced Tendons allows you to double jump in Cyberpunk 2077, though it’s unsurprisingly not as high as the jump provided by Fortified Ankles.

This cyberware is perfect for dodging melee attacks, resetting fall damage, and hovering over enemies. Like most any other double jump mechanic, the one in Cyberpunk 2077 only requires you press the jump button twice once you have Reinforced Tendons installed.

The rare version of this cyberware is the only version in the game. It is available from all ripperdocs for 45,000 eurodollars.

Second Heart

Want to play Cyberpunk 2077 in god mode, just without cheats? Then this is the perfect cyberware for you. It instantly restores you to full health after being killed. On top of that, this implant has a cooldown of only 120 seconds.

The legendary version of Second Heart can be purchased for 42,000 eurodollars from Wellsprings ripperdoc in the southern Heywood if you have at least 49 street cred. There are no other rarities for this cyberware.

And that’s all you need to know on the best Cyberpunk 2077 cyberware and how to find them. For more on Cyberpunk 2077, visit the game’s main page for other tips and tricks, as well as our full review.
