Destiny 2: Crota’s End Loot Pool Guide

Here's the complete Crota's End loot pool detailed for Destiny 2.

The Crota’s End Raid has returned in Destiny 2, and its loot pool comes with some of Destiny 1‘s beloved weaponry. There’s also a reprise of the Moments of Triumph armor from the final event in the original game. Every weapon has new perks, and some have received either new slots or element types to fit their roles better. As before, specific encounters reward specific items. Our Destiny 2 Crota’s End Loot Pool guide has the information you seek.

Many of the iconic weapons and armor from Crota’s End are back with the reprise of the Raid in Destiny 2, though they’ve been updated with new perks, damage types, and plenty of additional flair. Oddly, the Crota boss encounter does not reward every piece of gear available in the Raid, using the Destiny 1 style: if you want something particular, farm its encounter, not just the boss.

If you want the Necrochasm Exotic Auto Rifle, you need to complete the Bottomless Pit quest. You can pick up the quest from Hawthorn in the Tower, and after you beat Crota for the first time, you get the Husk of the Pit Auto Rifle.

Over the course of the quest, you’ll upgrade that weapon to the Eidolon Ally Legendary Auto Rifle and finally to Necrochasm. If you were one of the badass Guardians who managed to overcome the Crota’s End Raid during Contest Mode, you can lord your emblem and your early Necrochasm over all other players.

That’s the Crota’s End loot pool for Destiny 2. Check out our guides on how much time you’ve played, the best PvE Hand Cannons, and more in our D2 guides hub.
