It’s all about scouting the available buyers and driving to their locations. That said, there are pros and cons to each buyer. Let’s see how this works.
After loading up your crop trailer on your land, you might be wondering about the next step to actually selling your harvest. There’s no clear UI indication or “Sell” menu. Instead, I had to find eligible buyers for my crops and manually drive to their location. Here’s a step-by-step process:
- With your crops loaded, open up the Menu and go to the graph-shaped Prices section.
- Click on the crop you have loaded and want to sell.
- A list of buyers and their prices will open up on the right.
- Select your desired one based on price and distance from you.
- Click on or press the “Tag Place” button.
- That buyer will then show up on your map and a large green pillar of light will also show you the way as you drive.
- Once you reach the buyer arrange your trailer, not your vehicle, on the green grid.
- Press the “Start Overloading” button and watch your wallet go up.

Your crops will automatically be sold and you’ll be credited with the appropriate amount. If you ever get confused about what’s the icon of your crop in the Prices menu, you can check it in the lower right once it’s loaded. The icon and the capacity of your grain will show up to the left of your speedometer.
If there are no buyers showing up on your Prices list, you cannot sell that item and must usually use it instead. Also, remember to check on your map how far a buyer is since being too far can lead to additional expenses. Sometimes selling at a lower price is more worthwhile if the buyer is closer.
