Genshin Impact: How to Get Udumbara Pistil

Udumbara Pistils are a type of special item in Genshin Impact. To gather them, you’ll need to make use of Sorush’s abilities, allowing you to reach large flowers to pluck the prize from within. We tell you how to obtain them and where their locations are in the guide below. 

Where to Find All Udumbara Pistil Locations in Genshin Impact

Udumbara Pistil locations appear as heart glyphs or etchings on rock formations and cliffs. All of them can be found in the Asipattravana Swamp area in the Sumeru region. You can refer to the map below for the exact locations.

To collect Udumbara Pistils, you’ll have to switch to Sorush, then move her close to the glyph. Hold the interact button, which will cause her to use her power before swapping back to your character.

You’ll notice that a large flower has emerged from the glyph. Now, all that’s left is to grab the item. However, because some of these spots are further up, you’ll need to climb rock formations or use grapple points to reach them.

Likewise, Sorush has an action that lets her move red Four-Leaf Sigils, just in case you have to reposition the grapple point.

• One Udumbara Pistil is at the western edge of the Asipattravana Swamp, just above some Fungi mobs.
• Two are fairly close to the teleporter at the upper cliffside area. Use Sorush while you’re positioned above the glyph so you can glide down.
• Another handful of Udumbara Pistils are in the lower section of the swampland. There are grapple points you can use to reach the higher ledges.
• Last but not least, there’s a flower along the northeastern part of the swamp. You can get there by using the teleporter to the east and crossing the bridge.
