One of the biggest early-game hurdles in Palworld is never having enough Pal Spheres. Thankfully, if you know how to do the Vixy Sphere farming trick, you can effectively generate infinite Pal Spheres, as well as Gold Coins and other random items, for free.

The Vixy sphere farming trick isn’t so much of a trick as it is taking advantage of specific game mechanics in Palworld, namely Vixy’s “Dig Here!” Partner Skill, the Ranch building, and the Pal Essence Condenser.

How to Do the Vixy Sphere Farming Trick

If you put a Vixy in a Ranch building, it will graze, generating a small amount of Pal Spheres, Gold Coins, and other material items. Improving the Dig Here! skill is key to getting Vixy to generate more materials. The process is simple:

• Reach level 14 and construct a Pal Essence Condenser. The Condenser allows you to enhance the stats of a single Pal by consuming a set number of other members of the same species. Building it costs 20 Paldium Fragments, 20 Ingots, and five Ancient Civilization Parts. The Condenser takes up a lot of space, so be sure your base has the room for it.

• Select one Vixy as your base Pal and four to consume. The Pal Essence Condenser requires that you choose a single Pal to improve and spend four of the same species to consume to level up the base Pal to a two-star unit. Consumed Pals are gone forever, so I’d recommend only using those with detriments like Clumsy, Glutton, etc. Note that taking a base Pal to three stars costs 16 consumed Pals. Level four is even more, so be prepared to farm lots of units.
• Assign your improved Vixy to a Ranch and profit. When you assign a two-star Vixy to a Ranch, it will still only be producing base Pal Spheres, but will do so at a much faster rate. The same is true of its other items, particularly Arrows and Gold Coins. Between the two, Gold Coins are more worthwhile, but you can also sell Pal Spheres at Merchants around Palworld, meaning your Vixy is making you even more money for free.
