Palworld: Best Ways to Level Up Fast

If you want to unlock more items like tools, weapons or structures for your base in Palworld, you’ll have to level up. This means you won’t be getting guns for a while. I’ll show you the best ways to level up fast in Palworld. 

How to Level Up Fast in Palworld 

If you’re just starting out in Palworld, one of the best ways to gain levels is by building up your base. I focused on making sure I progressed my base enough before I ventured out too far. By the time I set up an automated farm, and had access to the Logging Site and Stone Pit, I was already Level 10. 

You gain XP for doing just about anything in the game. So when you’re out gathering resources and catching Pals for your base, you’ll level up fast naturally in the beginning of the game.

Catch Up to 10 of the Same Pal

However, if you want to level up fast, catch 10 of the same Pal. If you catch 10 Lamballs, you get a large XP bonus. When I was catching all the low level Pals in the starting area, I received 600 XP per catch. Even Pals that are lower level than you can grant a fair amount of XP and can be viably XP farms.

Change Server Settings: How to Change XP Gain Rate

When you start a new save file, one of the settings you can change is the EXP Rate. To do this, select “Custom Setting” when starting a new game and the scroll down to “EXP Rate.” It defaults to 1, but you can change it from 0.1 to 20. 

So if you don’t feel like grinding away to unlock everything, crank the dial to 20, and you’ll be in the higher levels in no time.
