Here is a tier list of the best units to reroll in Princess Connect! Re:Dive mobile RPG.

Princess Connect! Re:Dive has finally made its way onto mobile devices outside of Japan, but your wait might not be over yet if you’re aiming for optimal party compositions rather than using your favorite characters. If you’re doing that, you’re going to want to reroll for top tier characters and that in itself can be a time-consuming process.

In this guide we’re going to go over some of the best heroes to get in your first few pulls, giving you an advantage in earlier content and ensuring your party comps are viable later on.

Damage-oriented characters are usually positioned in the front, with support heroes mainly in the back. Don’t ignore those that go in the middle, though, as they can influence the flow of battle just as much as anyone else.

S-Tier Units

Makoto
  • Type: Physical
  • Position: Front

Nobody does as much damage as Makoto in Clan Battles, especially if combined with Christina and Mimi. The power that these three units generate is enough to take out any guild boss in Arena.

Her debuff abilities are extremely useful. Brave Howling, which reduces the physical defense of a single target in front, is not to be trifled with.

Her Summer variant she has the Aqua Crossing skill, which not only increases her own physical damage, but also reduces the physical defenses of her enemies.

Maho
  • Type: Magical
  • Position: Back

Maho is the best supporter in the game. This makes her especially useful in the PvP and Story modes.

Her Fairytale Garden ability is a most valuable tool, as it increases the magical attack, physical damage, and TP of all allies. On top of that, she is a healer that applies Darkness status effect on a second enemy at the front, blinding the target to make it harder for them to hit the party.

A-Tier Units

Shizuru
  • Type: Physical
  • Position: Front

Shizuru is like Makoto and Maho combined, but with a barrier ability that absorbs a lot of damage, and thus makes her less vulnerable to damage.

With the help of her Protection skill she can use the same barrier on all her allies, and with the help of Saint Heal she can restore HP to a target ally.

This unique set of abilities makes her a great character for both Clan Battle and Story modes.

Hatsune
  • Type: Magical
  • Position: Back

While Maho is great for magical support role in PvP, Hatsune is the best magical DPS unit in the mode.

Her magic is specifically designed to deal with heavy physical enemies. That’s why all her abilities focus on physical DPS units.

The Star Light skill not only punishes the enemy with the highest physical attack using a powerful surge of magical damage, but also stuns them for a short period of time.

While her Shooting Star ability works like an AoE that deals damage to all enemy units, but as you may have already guessed, it deals more damage to the physical enemies.

B-Tier Units

Saren
  • Type: Physical
  • Position: Middle

Saren performs universally well in all game modes. However, since she is a midliner, she depends strongly on the units surrounding her. If the flanks are weak, then Saren will be weak as well, so surround her with strong front and back units.

Her most useful ability is Elegance Yell, which restores TP of the closest ally. This is an essential skill, which can help completely turn the tide of battle in dire situations.

Monika
  • Type: Physical
  • Position: Middle

Monika is entirely situational, but when she fits her role, she is one of the best characters you can reroll.

Her Flugel Yell ability increases the physical and magical attack of her allies, and boosts their speed of movement. This is a really good skill to have in both PvP and Story modes.

Her Lightning Flash skill is a physical AoE that is excellent in PvP mode, and her stun ability called Musket Shot can be well utilized in Clan Battles.

Anna
  • Type: Magical
  • Position: Middle

Here is one of the strongest magical AoE units in the game. But there is one huge drawback that prevents Anna from being a top-tier character: Final Aurora ability decreases her physical and magical defenses, as she uses her magical AoE attack.

On the other hand, you could use her HP instead of defenses to activate a powerful magical blow to all enemies using her Ascent to Heaven skill. In that case her HP drops well below 10%.

Once you use this ability, she can’t fight anymore for a certain amount of time. That’s why she has to be either healed by Shizuru or protected by her barrier.
