“What can I watch when I’m bored?” Well don’t worry, because I’ve made a list of the top 5 games you can watch on Youtube or Twitch when you’re bored. This is my personal opinions, but I hope you look them up and watch them.
1.Thief
You feel excitement while some oldschool gamer on YouTube is beating the game and trying to sneak around, but doesn’t find any darkness, so he gets caught and reloads. In my opinion, it is one of the best games I’ve ever played and it’s the beginning of the whole stealth genre.
2. Skyrim
Let’s say that you’ve played Skyrim all day and don’t know what to do anymore in the game. Then it’s a good time to pick up your phone and watch other people play. It will give you ideas till next time, and it’s fun and immersive, too. A game with a lot of dialogue and free roaming excperience.
3. Dark Souls
It is very fun to watch people ragequit when playing this game, and often yell things they probably never thought they would yell (for example: “Damn you giant rat, BURRRNNN!!!”). You probably laugh, but belive me, it’s not funny when you play it yourself!
4. Amnesia: The Dark Descent
The game isn’t so scary in the beginning, except when random jumpscares occur. The really scary parts are in the middle of the game, and you see several monsters and you have to be careful, and I gotta say that I don’t perform very well under pressure. The pathetic part is when you find yourself running around hysterically and screaming at the same time. The same thing of course happens to the people on YouTube…
5. Grand Theft Auto 5
The last game on my list is of course GTA 5. If you don’t want to sleep but you still want to “dream”, you can watch this game. It’s pretty much an alternate world, and that’s something I like about games. This is also a very immersive game and is a metaphor to sandbox games. It has a lot to offer. Beatiful cars, huge map, online play and great storytelling with very interesting and fun main protagonists. Besides other GTAs, this one offers three main protagonists instead of just one. The game graphics are just outstanding.
