Can You Look Up WoW Characters?

Absolutely you can. This is a great way to check your gear, talents, achievements, reputation, etc. The easiest way to do so would be via the official website which archives characters. To do so:

  • Visit the WoW Forums.
  • Log in to your account.
  • In the top right, click on the drop-down menu.
  • It will list all of your characters.
  • Click on the one you wish to look up.

The key thing I want to point out is that this feature is available for any account you have. It’s a real boon for those using multiple accounts.

Alternatively, you can also do this with various other third-party websites that might have additional features available like comparing characters and so on. No matter which site you use, they all essentially use Blizzard’s data for a detailed overview of your characters.

For example, I recommend Raider.io for quick and easy access. The neat part about this option is that besides just looking up stats, you can actually also see your Mythic+ rating. Furthermore, you can even compare it to other player characters. The process is quite simple:

  • Visit the Raider.io website.
  • In the top right, click on the search bar and type in the name of your character.
  • Click on the search result below.

Your stats screen will load up with elements like your gear, talents, raid progression, etc.

How Can You Find Your Old World of Warcraft Characters?

If the previous method doesn’t work, your character might be outdated. You might also have problems like a message popping up saying you have no characters. Don’t worry, they should be on the restoration page. This can happen when you deactivate accounts. To access old WoW characters, simply log in to your account and visit the restoration page. They should be listed there.

That’s how to look up your WoW characters. For more tips like how to get stolen presents during Winter Veil or all Feast of Winter Veil quests in 2023, check out our WoW guides hub.
