The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom Twins Manuscript quest leads to yet another one of Misko’s Treasures. In it, you’ll need to discover a cave and the correct pattern. How to Complete Misko’s Treasure Twins Manuscript in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom (TotK)
TotK Riddle and Misko’s Treasure Location
The Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom Twins Manuscript quest has this particular riddle:
In West Necluda stand twins poised to duel. Each contains a cavern that faces the other. Show the little twin’s sign to the big twin to open the door to my treasure.”
I had an inkling as to where this clue would lead to, especially with the word “duel.” I knew that could only mean the Dueling Peaks. If you make your way there, you’ll notice mountains bisected by a river. On opposite cliffsides are two cliffs: north and south. The coordinates are: 1183, -1949, 0247.
TotK Twins Manuscript Puzzle Solution
The clue speaks of a “sign.” This can be found in the northern cave. As you can see in the image below, there’s a triangle with several circles that are shaded:
This refers to the puzzle in the southern cave, which is where you’ll want to go to next. Inside the cavern, there are multiple pressure plates that form a triangle of sorts. There are also a few stones.
The idea, as shown in the next image, is to place the stones on the correct plates so that they match the pattern in the other cave. This would mean (from top to bottom):
- First row = None.
- Second row = Left plate.
- Third row = Center plate.
- Fourth row = Second plate from left; fourth / rightmost plate.
If you do it right, the wall will slowly slide, revealing a hidden chamber. Inside, you’ll find the Tingle’s Shirt. This completes the Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom Twins Manuscript quest. Don’t forget to do the other riddles and objectives for the Pirate Manuscript and Heroines Manuscript.
