How to Slam Attack Llance’s Mushroom in Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands
In A Knight’s Toil, Llance will be standing on top of a mushroom high on a tree and completely out of reach. To reach Llance, you must use the small glowing mushrooms to propel yourself upwards. These mushrooms can be found growing from a tree stump near the wooden bridge.
Once you are above him, you must perform a slam attack on Llance’s mushroom while in midair. However, the game isn’t clear on how to perform slam attacks, as this mechanic isn’t really explained in the starting tutorial.
To perform a slam attack, simply press the crouch button while in midair to slam your hammer to the ground. By default, the crouch button is “CTRL” on PC, “Circle” on PlayStation, and “B” on Xbox.
Performing a successful slam attack on Llance’s mushroom will knock Llance off the mushroom and onto the ground below. This will prompt Llance and his squires to attack you. Kill them in order to complete the objective.
The fight isn’t an easy one, but it still should be manageable for most players. If you’re struggling to defeat Llance, deal with his squires first and then focus all your damage on Llance. Once he is defeated, the checkpoint should be complete and you can move on with the other encounters to complete the quest.
