Rayman Legends

\n

Last, but not least, we have Ubisoft's platforming mascot, Rayman. Rayman hasn't gotten a new mainline game in nearly 10 years, so sometimes this platforming great isn't as talked about as others.

\n

That shouldn't be the case, because Rayman Legends knocked it out of the park. It's a vibrant, joyful, and creative platformer that'll have you on the edge of your seat more than once throughout its relatively short runtime.

\n

The game also features some of the best couch co-op platforming that you can find on the PS4, so don't miss out if you're a fan of the genre.

\n

As you can see, there are more than enough top-notch PS4 platformers that should be played on PS5. And we can't wait to see even more games get added to the PS5's library in the years to come.

\n

Are there any platformers that you'd like to see added to the list? Be sure to let us know in the comments below!

Sonic Mania Plus

\n

Sonic the Hedgehog is a household name at this point. With Sonic Mania, SEGA and developer Headcannon brought the series back to the 2D platformer roots that made it so popular.

\n

The "Plus" version adds DLC, allowing players can speed through levels as Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, Mighty, or Ray. It also features new zones, updated classic stages, and a four-player multiplayer option.

\n

This game is a must-play for any and all Sonic fans, and it's also a great entry point for anyone curious to see what the blue hedgehog is all about.

Shovel Knight: Treasure Trove

\n

Shovel Knight started out as a Kickstarter campaign that slowly became more and more successful. Developer Yacht Club Games has managed to deliver on everything promised and more.

\n

This is another platformer that successfully captures the magic of retro games in the genre while still adding enough present-day flair to stand out on its own merit. Arming the player with a simple shovel and a few movement options seems odd at first, but you'll grow to love it in no time at all.

\n

The Treasure Trove edition contains all four DLC campaigns, as well as a multiplayer Battle Mode and co-op for the main campaign. This is a platforming experience that absolutely shouldn't be missed out on.

The Messenger

\n

The Messenger is a love letter to old-school Ninja Gaiden fans with its retro sounds/soundtrack, visuals, and overall feel. It even has an unexpected amount of humor, which is just a bonus, since it's already excelling in other aspects.

\n

You assume the role of a ninja who must deliver a scroll to save his clan after his village has been attacked by a demon army. You'll be jumping, swinging, slashing, and warping between 8-bit and 16-bit worlds on this journey.

\n

The level of nostalgia here is simply unmatched. The Messenger really does have everything that you could ask for as a fan of old school platformers.

Spelunky/Spelunky 2

\n

Spelunky is a platformer with an endlessly fun roguelike gameplay loop. The first game launched on consoles back in 2012, and Spelunky 2 was just released in September for PS4.

\n

The sequel piles on the exploration as players are tasked with avoiding traps while searching for treasures and missing family members on the moon. Each run can reveal new items, NPCs, and paths through the game. As you venture deeper, your home base will grow, leaving you more prepared to make those deep runs into the unknown.

\n

This treasure hunt can be completed alone or with friends online, so there's plenty of randomized platforming to go around.

INSIDE

\n

INSIDE is another entry on this list that's able to mix genres effortlessly. It's a relatively short narratively driven puzzle-platformer that'll keep you gripped through your entire playtime.

\n

Those who played Playdead's previous platformer, LIMBO, will no-doubt love INSIDE just as much, if not more. It takes what made its predecessor great, and improves upon that already winning formula.

\n

You're once again playing as a young boy, but this time, you seem to be heading towards the main cause of the danger around you.

\n

The dark atmosphere, mysterious plot, and creative obstacles will be sure to leave you wanting more by the time the experience comes to a close.

Hollow Knight: Voidheart Edition

\n

For most players, the first genre that comes to mind when thinking of Hollow Knight is probably Metroidvania. That said, there's still plenty of challenging platforming to overcome here.

\n

It isn't easy, but if you can master the movement, timing, and control needed to traverse Hollow Knight's world, you'll find that it contains some of the best platforming experiences that the genre has to offer. You'll be finding secrets, tackling tough bosses, and enjoying that sweet satisfaction of improvement as you progress.

\n

The Voidheart Edition is essentially the console version that contains all of the content added to the PC version of the game before it came to consoles. It was free on PlayStation Plus back in November but is $14.99 otherwise.

Ratchet & Clank

\n

Like Crash Bandicoot, Ratchet & Clank is also a classic platformer. The difference here is that it's fully 3D and a lot more action-oriented, containing some of the most oddly unique weapons found in any game in the genre.

\n

It's also technically a game based on a movie, based on a game. That sounds confusing, but trust me, it makes sense.

\n

The Ratchet & Clank movie was coming out around the same time as the game, and this soft reboot is a retelling of the very first game. This means that all newcomers to the longstanding franchise are welcome to give this one a shot.

\n

You'll get to see how Ratchet and Clank start out, going from humble beginnings to intergalactic heroes.

Crash Bandicoot 4: It's About Time

\n

This classic platforming franchise made its return to relevance in 2017 with the N. Sane Trilogy, and as it turns out, Crash and Coco have a lot more to give to the genre beyond the original trilogy and a few spin-offs.

\n

Crash 4 manages to bring back the feel of the original games while adding plenty of twists to keep things feeling fresh.

\n

This time around, there are five playable characters and new masks that provide special powers to shake up the platforming. This is one that both newcomers and series veterans should check out.

Celeste

\n

While all of the entries on this list are undoubtedly worth playing, Celeste can be considered one of the best platformers of the generation. It won both the Games for Impact and Best Indie Game awards at The Game Awards in 2018, and for good reason.

\n

The game has tight, responsive controls, a fantastic soundtrack, and a plot that can be relatable to so many of its players.

\n

Celeste is able to meaningfully tackle the topics of anxiety and mental illness while still making sure that its platforming stays enjoyable throughout the entire experience. It truly is one of the best in the genre.

The PlayStation 5 has finally arrived, but there aren't a ton of brand-new launch games to pick from. That's doubly true if you're a fan of platformers. Sure, Sackboy: A Big Adventure released alongside Sony's new console, and it is a fantastic game by our account, but overall, genre choices are currently thin on the PS5.

\n

The good news is that plenty of PS4 titles are available to play on PS5 through backwards compatibility, including plenty of must-play platformers.

\n

It's not too late to look back and find a few games that you may have missed — or may be hiding in your backlog. Here are some of the best PS4 platformers that you should definitely play on PS5, as we wait for games like Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart and Balan Wonderworld

Spelunky, Spelunky 2 Head to Nintendo Switch in Summer 2021 https://www.gameskinny.com/9z53z/spelunky-spelunky-2-head-to-nintendo-switch-in-summer-2021 https://www.gameskinny.com/9z53z/spelunky-spelunky-2-head-to-nintendo-switch-in-summer-2021 Tue, 15 Dec 2020 14:00:19 -0500 Josh Broadwell

Spelunky and Spelunky 2 are coming to Nintendo Switch in summer 2021, Mossmouth announced during Nintendo's December Indie World showcase.

In Spelunky, the game that stole our resident roguelike lover's heart, players explore randomly generated caves stuffed with both treasure and deadly surprises. Death is nearly inevitable, with cleverly disguised traps around every corner and monsters waiting for those explorers who manage to avoid these traps.

These death caves are fully explorable — and fully destructible as well. When dying and destroying get too much, there’s always a safe base camp to modify with whatever treasures you spelunked.

Spelunky 2 released for PC and PS4 earlier this year and follows a similar gameplay pattern, but with more of everything — more monsters, more traps, and more importantly, more treasures. Spelunky 2 on Nintendo Switch will also feature local and online multiplayer, while Spelunky comes with local multiplayer.

Prices for either game were not announced, but Spelunky retails for $14.99 on both PC and PS4, while Spelunky 2 goes for $19.99 on both storefronts. Stay tuned for more.

Spelunky 2 Kali Sacrifice Guide: Why Do It? https://www.gameskinny.com/kf61o/spelunky-2-kali-sacrifice-guide-why-do-it https://www.gameskinny.com/kf61o/spelunky-2-kali-sacrifice-guide-why-do-it Wed, 30 Sep 2020 12:42:26 -0400 Ashley Shankle

Spelunky 2 adds to the Spelunky HD formula more than it detracts, meaning features like the Kali's sacrificial altar are still intact and just as impactful as ever. Sacrificing to Kali using the altar may not seem like a worthwhile endeavor at first glance, but it can be a key facet in making your runs last longer.

So let's go into why you should sacrifice to Kali, and then we'll talk about how to curry her favor for the ultimate reward: the Kapala.

Why Sacrifice to Kali in Spelunky 2?

Offering Kali sacrifices nets you some random items every few points you garner with her, but all her gifts pale compared to the Kapala.

What is the Kapala?

The Kapala is an empty skull that fills with blood as you beat on enemies, provided you touch the blood that spews from them. Heck, even your own blood on-hit will contribute to the Kapala's well.

You will be granted one heart once the skull fills with blood, after which the whole cycle will start again. There is no limit to how many hearts you can accumulate.

How to Sacrifice to Kali in Spelunky 2

Garnering favor with Spelunky's own goddess of death means you've got to offer up some blood for her to feast upon, but it doesn't have to be yours.

Any enemy that can be knocked out and picked up, and even the maiden (probably dog) can be placed on the Kali's altar either alive or dead to gain points towards the Kapala and its lesser rewards.

The points of Kali's favor are a hidden value, but it's important to know that living bodies grant more points than dead ones.

You're in luck if you find an altar early in a run, and sometimes it can be present in the first two or three levels. If you're serious about getting the Kapala, you'll need to seek it out and be mindful of any enemies you could potentially knock out or kill and carry over to the altar to be sacrificed.

Sacrificing the maiden (which, again, is probably a dog) to Kali is more important than carrying to the exit for that paltry 1 heart, as the Kapala can be a figurative fountain of youth for your character. Don't pass up opportunities to sacrifice the maiden if they arise and you don't have the Kapala yet.

Sacrificial Altar Use After Getting the Kapala

Don't ignore altars after you get the Kapala. You can use them as a free source of blood, provided you place a sacrifice on it.

Since bodies explode when sacrificed, this is a great way to add additional blood to your cup and gain some hearts. There are also further rewards for sacrifices after the Kapala, though none are as good as the greedy skull itself.

Spelunky 2 Won't Have All Its Multiplayer Modes Available at PC Launch https://www.gameskinny.com/pct1a/spelunky-2-wont-have-all-its-multiplayer-modes-available-at-pc-launch https://www.gameskinny.com/pct1a/spelunky-2-wont-have-all-its-multiplayer-modes-available-at-pc-launch Fri, 25 Sep 2020 19:24:17 -0400 GS_Staff

Spelunky 2 is already out on PlayStation 4, and it includes a strong suite of multiplayer modes and options, including four-player local and online co op, as well as a PvP Arena mode.

The PC version of the game will release on September 29, a full two weeks after its console counterpart. Though the single-player and local multiplayer experience will be the same and remain intact, the online multiplayer features will be missing at launch.

An announcement by developer Mossmouth in the game's Steam Community Hub said that multiplayer is being delayed to "prioritize an earlier release" for the game on PC.

Regarding our release date, we listened to the community's feedback and decided to prioritize an earlier release so that Steam players could enjoy the game ASAP.

Unfortunately, that means we won't be able to launch with online multiplayer and we'll be provisionally removing the "Online Co-op" tag from the store, so as not to mislead people. Sorry, we know that's disappointing for players who were excited to jump right into online co-op on day one. Until very recently we were still hoping that we would be able to launch with it as planned.

Mossmouth said that the online multiplayer component shouldn't be far off, though; they hope to have it completed in "a few weeks" and release it alongside crossplay functionality for PC and PS4.

Stay tuned for more on Spelunky 2 and online multiplayer for PC. If you're currently playing the game on PlayStation 4 and need a little help, be sure to head over to our Spelunky 2 guides page

Spelunky 2: How to Find the Black Market https://www.gameskinny.com/w2yub/spelunky-2-how-to-find-the-black-market https://www.gameskinny.com/w2yub/spelunky-2-how-to-find-the-black-market Fri, 25 Sep 2020 13:42:19 -0400 Ashley Shankle

Spelunky 2's Black Market is packed with wares for you to spend your hard-collected coin on, from weapons to random useful items. Luckily, finding the Black Market is almost the same as in Spelunky HD, though it lacks one item that had players seek it out in HD.

There are three steps to finding the Black Market in Spelunky 2, so let's get to it.

Step 1. Find the Key in 1-2 or 1-3

On your adventures through 1-2, keep an eye open for a lone gold key. It can be found anywhere on the level, but it might not even be there at all. It may be on 1-3 instead.

There are no indicators that the key is on a level, but if you find the room with the ornamental chest on either 1-2 or 1-3, the key will be somewhere on that same floor.

Step 2. Open the Ornamental Chest

In Spelunky HD, the chest containing the Udjat Eye was simply found out and about on a level. In Spelunky 2, it will only be found in a sub-room on the same floor you find the key.

One way to tell if a sub-room is the one containing the chest with Udjat's Eye is that there will be only one entrance, unlike most other sub-rooms. It's a fairly clear giveaway that it's the one you're looking for.

The Udjat Eye serves two purposes, the first is to allow you to enter the Black Market and the second is that it highlights gems and occasionally items hidden in the ground.

You're obviously trying for the first purpose, but the second one is handy for stocking up on money as you traverse deeper and into the jungle.

Step 3. Find the Black Market

This step is nearly identical to hunting down the Black Market in Spelunky HD. You'll need at least one bomb for this, but probably two.

Dive into the jungle and be aware of the Udjat Eye icon at the top of your screen, next to your money total when you step into each level. Between 2-2 and 2-4, you'll hear a beep and the Udjat Eye will open. This means the entrance to the Black Market is somewhere on that floor.

Make your way through the level and keep your ears open — the Udjat Eye will start to beep when you get near the entrance, and pick up in intensity the closer you get. The beeps are fairly hard to ignore if you're very close.

Position yourself where the beeping is most furious and place a bomb. If you're lucky, you'll only need to use one bomb to uncover the entrance to the Black Market.

The entrance can be hidden just about anywhere on a level, obscured by dirt. Bring some Glue along so your bombs are sticky, just in case the entrance is somewhere especially inconvenient.

In Spelunky HD, this was your primary method of acquiring an Ankh for a free revival, though the method for getting one in Spelunky 2 is far different. Nonetheless, the wares found in the Black Market are worth the trip, particularly if you're in a run for the long haul.

Spelunky 2 Four-Leaf Clover: What Does It Do? https://www.gameskinny.com/nqfe2/spelunky-2-four-leaf-clover-what-does-it-do https://www.gameskinny.com/nqfe2/spelunky-2-four-leaf-clover-what-does-it-do Thu, 24 Sep 2020 15:28:45 -0400 Ashley Shankle

Items old and new in Spelunky 2 can aid you in your quest to the bottom of the ruins, but some are more obtuse than others. One of which is the Four-leaf Clover, an item new to the sequel. And it may be more useful than you think.

You may have been lucky enough to run into a pilfering Leprechaun by now during your runs, but it's very possible you didn't kill it if it scurried off with your stolen item(s) to somewhere you couldn't get to safely.

The Leprechaun can be defeated, of course, and should you strike it down you will receive a Four-leaf Clover.

Reportedly, you may also obtain a Four-leaf Clover from some events, though I cannot comment on that myself for now.

The question is what does the Four-leaf Clover do exactly? The game doesn't say outright, so what good does it do you?

What the Four-Leaf Clover Does in Spelunky 2

This nifty item brings a quality of life change to a run that some potential fans have been clamoring for since Spelunky HD: an elongation of the ghost timer.

With the Four-leaf Clover in your inventory, the ghost timer will be extended by a full two minutes. This means you have an extra two minutes per floor to explore before that big spooky guy comes and ruins your good time. Provided you don't hit one of those ghost vases, anyway.

Having some extra time to explore is a boon for some, but for score chasers or particularly greedy players the Clover might not be so useful.

Just as in Spelunky HD, in Spelunky 2 the ghost turns all gems it passes through into valuable diamonds — though the ghost is extra aggressive here in the sequel, and the playerbase has yet to work out effective ghostrunning strategies for high scores.

Though the Four-leaf Clover might not be useful for score chasers, for the average player its ghost-stalling ability is a huge benefit not to be ignored. It's worth the effort to chase Leprechauns down and give them a few good lashes to add this item to your inventory.

Spelunky 2 Guide: How to Remove Poison https://www.gameskinny.com/unxs3/spelunky-2-guide-how-to-remove-poison https://www.gameskinny.com/unxs3/spelunky-2-guide-how-to-remove-poison Mon, 21 Sep 2020 13:33:38 -0400 Ashley Shankle

Each run in Spelunky 2 brings its own set of challenges, some of which are totally new to Mossmouth's roguelite sequel. One of these new obstacles to overcome is the poison status effect, which can seem like the end of a run if you're not sure what to do.

Luckily, poison isn't too hard to remove. First, let's go into how poison works before touching on how to remove this pesky status effect.

What Poison Does in Spelunky 2

Once you're poisoned, you will take one heart of damage every 30 seconds. If you're at four hearts, that means you've got two minutes to remove poison. Chances are you have less than four hearts when you get poisoned, though, meaning you'll have even less time to cleanse yourself.

How to Cure Poison in Spelunky 2

There's nothing like the love of a dog... or whatever else you have your maiden set to.

To cleanse yourself of the health-draining poison, you'll need to escort the maiden to the exit of the floor alive, just as you normally do when trying to get your HP up, and leave.

This can be a stressful endeavor when you're already poisoned and have no idea where the maiden might be on the floor. You'll have to search for it fast and make a dash for the exit once you have it in your grasp. Chances are you won't be able to find it on the next floor if you're already poisoned and low on health.

Go through the exit and the maiden's usual healing kiss (licks) will free you from your poisonous shackles and you can continue on with your run as normal. Albeit with lower health than before you were poisoned, probably.

Poison is only one of the many surprises Spelunky 2 has in store for classic and Spelunky HD players, and luckily it's one of the easier ones to handle.

Derek Yu Shares New Spelunky 2 Screens, Details https://www.gameskinny.com/pnlp3/derek-yu-shares-new-spelunky-2-screens-details https://www.gameskinny.com/pnlp3/derek-yu-shares-new-spelunky-2-screens-details Wed, 11 Mar 2020 17:36:17 -0400 Ashley Shankle

If the screens posted by developer Derek Yu over at the PlayStation Blog are anything to go off of, Spelunky 2 is shaping up to take what was already an addictive and challenging formula to new heights.

Yu states one of his goals for Spelunky 2 is to offer a more "personalized adventure" per run, hinting at more variety. You can really see it in the stills he's shared in the post, as well as a previously revealed trailer.

No longer are you confined to just a mine, a jungle, an ice cave(?) filled with aliens, or Olmec's temple. New areas await, including what looks like underwater-ish caves, a new spooky forest, and some sort of industrial locale making heavy use of magma and fire in general.

However, the new areas aren't the only things shown in these screenshots. We can see new conveyor belts, a new shop and NPC, and two new enemies along with familiar faces. Did I mention a mount? Yep, a reliable turkey, which you can see in action in the old trailer above.

Spelunky 2 hasn't been graced with a release date just yet, but the folks over at Mossmouth have clearly been busy making a worthy sequel to their prolific roguelike. However long it takes, Spelunky 2 is sure to be worth it if you were a fan of the original freeware title or the HD remake.

Stay tuned to GameSkinny for more on Spelunky 2 as it breaks.

Trine 4

\n

Developer: Frozenbyte
Release date: TBA 2019

\n

Not much is known about what Frozenbyte will be bringing us with Trine 4; there isn't even an official trailer for it, but given that Trine 3 gained quite a lot of negativity, fans are hoping that they have learned what wasn't done well last time and have built on that.

\n

This time around they have partnered with Modus Games and Trine 4 will eventually be available on PS4, XBox One, PC and Nintendo Switch.

\n

As the news of a new Trine game was announced by accident by someone that wasn't the developer, we still don't know all that much about it. But we'll be sure to let you know when we do.

Spelunky 2

\n

Developer: Mossmouth
Release date: TBA 2019

\n

There is currently a frenzy of excited Spelunky fans eager to find out when the next installment is coming to our screens. Those who went to PAX West this year have already had a look at it and, judging by the chatter, it is looking like a worthy successor!

\n

In Spelunky 2, you play as the daughter of the spelunker from the first game, who is trying to make her own way in the underground world. She has taken to the skies and is now exploring the tunnels on the moon. There are plenty of new dynamics, critters, and mobs to fight against.

Phoenix Point

\n

Developer: Snapshot Games
Release date: June 2019

\n

It is always exciting when a founding father of a genre returns to their roots. That is what Phoenix Point is.

\n

It is being made by the creator of the original X-COM series, Julian Gollop. It is a squad-based game using turn-based tactics and strategy and is said to be the true spiritual successor of the original series. It has already got a massive fanbase, which is evident from its hugely successful Fig campaign, launched in 2017, where it raised $765,948.

\n

In the future, Earth is decimated by a deadly outbreak called the Pandoravirus. It has the ability to mutate a being almost instantly by combining human, animals and alien DNA. This gives the game an ever-evolving menace to deal with. The aliens themselves are procedurally generated so players will constantly be having to evolve their own tactics in order to defeat them.

\n

Upon release, Phoenix Point will be available on PC, Mac and Xbox One.

In the Valley of the Gods

\n

Developer: Campo Santo
Release date: TBA 2019

\n

The last time developers Campo Santo were on the scene was back in 2016 with their sensational mystery game Firewatch. Their latest game, In the Valley of the Gods, aims to take you on a journey through 1920s Egypt while out to discover new archaeological discoveries.

\n

You play as an explorer named Rashida who has one more shot to make it to the big time as a filmmaker. She has been sent out to Egypt to try and uncover new ancient relics and to document the whole thing. Unfortunately for you, the only other person on this adventure is your former partner who you have absolutely no desire to work with again.

\n

In the Valley of the Gods does not have an exact release date just yet, but we do know that when it becomes available it will be on PC, Linux and Mac.

Sable

\n

Developer: Shedworks
Release date: TBA 2019

\n

Undoubtedly, the first thing that grabs you about Sable, by UK-based developer Shedworks, is its unique comic book art style. It went down a storm at E3 2018 and gained a lot of interest from fans and press alike.

\n

The story starts when the titular character sets out into the desert for her tribes "right of passage". To become an adult, Sable must explore her surroundings, unlocking ancient histories and learning about the world around her. This is very much an exploration game with some platforming and puzzle elements thrown in for good measure. There is absolutely no combat in the game at all. Everything is focussed on exploration.

\n

There is no definite date for Sable's release but, until we know, here is the E3 announcement trailer for you to watch.

Session

\n

Developer: crea-ture Studios
Release date: Q2 2019

\n

Fans of the skateboard subgenre have been hoping for a follow up on the vastly successful Skate 3 but, as it has already been confirmed by EA that there isn't going to be a Skate 4, there was a big hole in the market which needed to be filled.

\n

Enter crea-ture Studios and their game Session. Back in 2017, the studio launched a Kickstarter campaign to try and raise some money to make and release their own skateboard game. They were initially looking to raise CA$80,000 but managed to get a massive CA$163,700 in funding.

\n

Session promises to reignite your passion for skateboarding and wants you to explore what it means to be a street skater. The only limit to the tricks you can do is your creativity and your dedication. Some of the game's features include a video editor which will allow you to film, edit and create your own montage to then show to the game's community.

PHOGS!

\n

Developer: Bit Loom Games
Release date: TBA 2019

\n

If you love bright colors, puzzles, and physics-based games, then, my friend, PHOGS! is going to be the game for you. Developed by Bit Loom Games and published by Coatsink, both in the UK, the game has been doing the round on the expo circuit this year and has been a roaring success.

\n

In PHOGS!, you play as a creature which resembles two dogs who are connected to each other via the mid-section. The aim is to travel through the "Phoggyverse" completing puzzles and overcoming various obstacles. Sounds pretty straightforward but with two characters for the price of one to control, things could get interesting!

\n

It is going to be released across multiple platforms but, as of yet, we don't know which ones that will be.

Creaks

\n

Developer: Amanita Design
Release date: TBA 2019

\n

You might think that this is an obscure choice, but the folks at Amanita Design have a pretty good cult following thanks to their smash hit point-and-click Machinarium. The artwork of their games is unmistakable!

\n

There isn't a whole lot known about this game. In fact, on the game's Steam store page, all it says is "meet your new neighbors".

\n

In the teaser trailer for Creaks, you get the impression that this is going to be another point-and-click adventure which is heavy on puzzles and problem-solving. The setting looks dark and eerie with great attention to the smallest details.

\n

Once we know any more details about Creaks, we will let you know.

\n

Even though Sunless Skies has been in Early Access on Steam for quite some time, it is finally getting a full release at the beginning of next year. Since hitting Steam back in 2017, it has been getting positive reviews all the way through its development, so this is looking like it is going to be a great addition to your indie collection.

\n

In the second of their Sunless games, Failbetter Games wants you to take command of a flying locomotive and explore the reaches of space in this Victorian Gothic adventure RPG set among the stars.

\n

Sunless Skies is being developed for Windows, Linux and Mac.
