The Amulet of Greater Health raises the wearer’s Constitution stat to 23. It also gives them Advantage on Constitution Saving Throws.

Enter the House of Hope

After reaching Act 3, you end up with a number of reasons to enter the House of Hope. And to do so, you start at the Devil’s Fee. Head to the second floor to complete Helsik’s Ritual Puzzle. The five items you need can be found on that same floor in chests and sitting around, so you don’t need to waste thousands of gold buying them.

After you open the portal, enter the House of Hope. Hope appears as a projection, and she gives your party debtor disguises. This lets you move through the area without the NPCs attacking. Next, make your way to the Archives.

The big item here is the Orphic Hammer. However, on a pedestal to the left, you find the Amulet of Greater Health. Pass a Perception Check to disarm the plate. Then you can pick up the amulet. It’s important to note that stealing any item here removes your disguise, turning the NPCs hostile. As such, only take the extra items when you’re ready to grab the hammer and make your escape to avoid causing more trouble for yourself.

And that covers how to get the Amulet of Greater Health in Baldur’s Gate 3. The House of Hope can be tough to fight through, but the nice equipment you pick up during your visit helps.
