In addition to the new weapons of 2.0, the update lets you purchase Iconic Weapons. However, it costs a fair amount of eddies.

Errata (Thermal Katana)

This melee weapon is about what you’d expect from its type being Thermal Katana. It’s a katana that applies a burn effect, and we can run you through how to get the Thermal Katana here so you can bring a sword to a gunfight.

Grit

Grit is an auto pistol that features an extended magazine. With an “illegal” label, you won’t be able to use this weapon everywhere in the game.

Hercules

Hercules is an assault rifle that shoots exploding bullets. It also deals poison damage. These traits make it unsurprising that Hercules is labeled as a special weapon and has a hazardous material symbol as part of its design.

Order

Another gun with the “illegal” label, Order is a shotgun that you purchase from Herold in Dogtown. If you charge this weapon, you can vaporize your enemies, which makes its illegal status understandable.

Osprey

Osprey is a sniper rifle that you can find during “Birds with Broken Wings.” Like the Hercules, this gun can also fire explosive rounds, packing a real punch with a chance to burn your enemies.

Rasetsu

You can grab the Rasetsu sniper rifle during “You Know My Name” by visiting the sniper nest and taking it from there. If you use charged rounds, your bullets penetrate enemies so you can hit multiple at once.

Warden

The Warden is a submachine gun, the only one in this listing. Its fire rate increases with every consecutive shot, meaning you can pump out damage. Also, you’ll have to craft the Warden rather than finding it or end up spending a hefty sum of eddies to buy it in Dogtown. This one is also illegal.

That covers all seven new weapons in Cyberpunk 2077 2.0 listed. But new weapons are hardly the only reason to revisit Night City with the latest content additions. We explore more new material on our Cyberpunk guide hub with topics like where to buy Iconic Weapons and our list of the best builds in 2.0.
