The second results in Judy being unhappy but accepting your decision. And the third results in Judy being happy, letting you continue and earn the most rewards.

To get the best outcome, you need to reject Maiko’s plan. This means you end up killing the Tyger Claw bosses and Hiromi. Maiko turns hostile, and the best option for this part is to knock her out instead of killing her. You earn the most experience because you get more kills, and you’ll complete the quest, so you get the rewards. As a bonus, you can complete Judy’s quests and move into her romance jobs next, starting with “Pyramid Song.”
