How to Win at Roulette in Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty

The roulette table in the hotel is an exciting way to experience casino gaming in Cyberpunk. You don’t have the full scope of roulette betting options, though, and you can only place bets on red or black. Furthermore, you’re doing so while interacting with key NPCs of the job.

Therefore, you might be looking for an easy-win strategy. Placing bets in the order of red, black, red, red, red, black, red, black, and black works in certain situations, the outcomes of the roulette table are ultimately random. That’s right, as in standard roulette, you have a roughly 50-50 chance of winning, so feel free to bet as you like.

As for the wheel, it’s structured in a European style with a single zero. This means that you can sometimes lose regardless of if you bet red or black. So good luck, and try to enjoy the randomized casino experience of playing roulette. Either way, it will all culminate with Kurt showing up and asking you to leave.

Best Choices for Roulette Table Dialogue

Even though roulette choices are randomized, betting on red or black and winning or losing has no effect on your dialogue with the twins. However, the actual dialogue choice options do matter in some cases when talking to Aurore and Aymeric. We say in some cases because most of them don’t affect the story in any way and are purely for flavor and interesting information.

The following are our recommended options for the choices that matter:

  • Choose the “Ain’t no Upstanding Citizen” when it comes up for a Behavioral imprint for Aurore.
  • Choose the “Owning Dogtown’s one helluva bargaining chip” for a Behavioral imprint for Aymeric.

Eventually, the “All-in” round will come where you lose, and Kurt shows up to interrupt your intel gathering. Simply aim for the above choices, as these are the only ones that mechanically matter in the hob. The rest is purely for “pick-your-favorites” purposes so that you can learn some extra flavor information on the twins.

You’ll then leave the Black Sapphire, and that’s that for your casino experience. That’s how to win at roulette. When learning how to win at roulette in Phantom Liberty, it’s important to make distinctions between choices that matter in the story and those that don’t. Roulette outcomes are random, but they have no effect on your dialogue either way. For more guides, check out our Cyberpunk 2077 guides hub.
