The Best Way Get Tools in SteamWorld Build

SteamWorld Build Tools are obtained primarily from the Toolmaker, which requires 3,000x Money and 10x Boards. That might sound straightforward, but it does imply that you need to advance further in your playthrough’s milestones. In turn, these satisfy the needs of your Engineers and Aristobots, increasing their efficiency.
