Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom (TotK) Naydra Path Guide

Where to find Naydra, the Ice Dragon, in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.

In Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, Naydra is the Ice Dragon, and once you know where to find her, you can get onto her back and pick up materials that make for strong Fuse combinations. Getting to her takes some effort, though. In this guide we’ll go over where you can find Naydra in TotK.

Where to Find Naydra in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom

  • Naydra, like Farosh, follows a set path on the map, and this includes a section during which she’s in the Depths.

On the map below, the red section is the portion of Naydra’s path that is in the Depths. Then, the bluish part is when Naydra is above ground. I also left the icons for three Skyview Towers on the map so you can see the two that you can use to get onto Naydra’s back.

I used Mount Lanayru Skyview Tower, which is on the left, but Rabella Wetlands Skyview Tower at the bottom of the map is also close enough to Naydra’s path to use. On the right is Sahasra Slope Skyview Tower, which I believe is a bit too far away from the path to be a viable option.

Before hopping onto Naydra’s back, you’ll want to either equip Cold Resistance gear or use meals for it because Naydra, as an Ice Dragon, will put you in the Unbearably Cold section of the temperature gauge.

When you’re on Naydra’s back, you can gather Shards of Naydra’s Spike from around the spikes on her spine. You can also gather Naydra’s Scales if you hit her with a weapon, which works if you hit her with arrows from a distance, too.

Both the Scales and Shards can be used to add Ice Damage to weapons as Fuse Materials, which is particularly useful with the Master Sword.
