How to Get the Holy Scholarship Key to Unlock Eyeball Doors in Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown

The Lost Crown Holy Scholarship Key is a reward once you defeat the Jailer, an elite enemy that keeps chasing you in the Sacred Archives zone. If the Jailer manages to catch you, he’ll send you all the way back to the Prison area. How to Use the Holy Scholarship Key

Once the Jailer has been dealt with, he’ll drop the Holy Scholarship Key. Pick it up, and the Eyeball Doors will open when scanning your character. I’ve experienced a minor issue with this mechanic in that I had to step on the floor plates slowly. Dashing or jumping sometimes prevented the scan from actually working.

All Eyeball Door Locations and Rewards

I’ve discovered several Eyeball Doors in Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown. You can see them marked in the image below:

The first Eyeball Door leads back to the Jailer’s chamber. The second takes you to the shrine area in the Lower City. The third section, however, has the most rewards:

  • The topmost room has an elite soldier that’s part of the Lost Warriors side quest.
  • The middle room has the Missive 4 collectible, as well as lots of crystal ore. You can also refer to our crystal farming guide if you need more of this currency.
  • As for the bottommost room, there’s an encounter with several monsters, which yields a Soma Tree Petal (i.e. health upgrade).

The fourth Eyeball Door leads back to the Old Royal Road, which is pretty much the starting point of the campaign. I was able to reach this area by way of the outer section and the grappling hook ability, though you can also pass through this corridor once you have the key.
