With the release of Los Santos Tuners update in GTA Online, players can now purchase auto shops as one of the business options in the city. Currently there are five auto shops that can be customized, though not for free of course. This guide will show you the locations of all auto shops in GTA Online.
Once you purchase an auto shop, you will have access to such business deals like legal auto repair, vehicle modding, new heist contracts, and exotic exports.
GTA Online: All Auto Shop Locations
GTA Online Auto Shop: Mission Row
- Price: $1,670,000
The first auto shop is located in the Downtown area of the Los Santos city. It can be found right next to Mission Row Police Station and Impound Garage.
This means that the area is safe enough due to constant police control, unless you try to pull of something illegal yourself.
The number of businesses in the area is huge, so you should have no problem receiving new clients for vehicle repair services.
GTA Online Auto Shop: Strawberry
- Price: $1,705,000
This old industrial type auto shop can be purchased in the South Los Santos. The area is controlled by the Families street gang, which hints on a certain type of clientele you’ll be meeting while working there.
If you’re interested in dealing with this gang, then buying this property is a good deal.
GTA Online Auto Shop: Rancho
- Price: $1,750,000
Rancho auto shop located in South Los Santos is a great place to have for two reasons.
It is the closest location to Los Santos Car Meet, which guarantees a ton of clients. It is also within Vagos gang territory, and they are infamous for purchasing illegal weaponry.

- Price: $1,750,000
This auto shop can be found at the Rockford Hills, which is very close to Rockford Plaza and Los Santos Customs.
But most importantly, it stands close to Carcer Way, which is not only one of the most popular choices for many GTA Online players, but also one of the most dangerous areas in the game.

Lastly, the most expensive and most profitable auto shop in GTA Online is La Mesa, which is located in East Los Santos.
The central highway goes right through the area, which is the biggest source of clients you’ll ever find.
How to Buy Auto Shops in GTA Online
All five auto shops become available for purchase in the Maze Bank Foreclosures website.
But before they become available there you need to do the following:
- Go to LS Car Meet building on Popular Street in La Mesa, Los Santos
- Speak to Mimi
- Agree to do the Setup: Impounded Car mission
Note that this mission is only available to players that have the status of either CEO, VIP or MC Club president. If you don’t have this, then you will not be able to purchase the auto shops.
The mission requires you to visit one of the four Los Santos police stations and steal Obey Tailgater Sedan car. Once you deliver the car to the LSCM headquarters the auto shops will become available for purchase.
