How to Unlock All Characters
Rin – Complete story mission, “Boys in the Midst of War” in the Yang path of the Two Unparalleled Warriors chapter.
Obito (Berserk) – Complete story mission, “A Beast Roaring in the Tragic Rain” in the Yang path of the Two Unparalleled Warriors chapter.
Hanabi (The Last) – Complete story mission, “Team 7 Reunited” in The United Front chapter.
Obito (Ten Tails Jinchuriki) – Complete the story mission, “Obito Uchiha” in the United Front chapter.
Guy (Great Ninja War) – Complete the story mission, “The Eight Inner Gates Formation” in The Final Showdown chapter.
Madara (Six Paths) – Complete the story mission, “Chaos on the Planet” in The Final Showdown chapter.
Naruto (Sage of the Six Paths Mode) – Complete the story mission, “Chaos on the Planet” in The Final Showdown chapter.
Sasuke (Rinne Sharingan) – Complete the story mission, “Chaos on the Planet” in The Final Showdown chapter.

You can also unlock costumes for Naruto, Sasuke, Sakura, and Hinata from The Last by completing the story if you didn’t get the season pass.
