Something to note here is that this list is for healing classes and damage dealing caster classes. Having difficulty keeping mana up? Look for foods with piety. Want to cast faster? Spell speed is the stat you need! The foods below contain either or both piety and spell speed, as well as accuracy, crit, and determination depending on the food itself.
