A big patch day is never seamless for online games. Not now, and not ever. Diablo 4 has seen its fair share of errors, both on days of big patches and just in general. With the Season 2 patch out today, the servers are taking a beating like they haven’t seen in months. How to Fix Diablo 4 Error Code 300010

The good news is that Error Code 300010 likely has nothing to do with your side of things. Error 300010 has to do with server issues rather than something on the player side of things. In this case, the game’s servers aren’t properly reading players’ licenses and are deeming them invalid. There are some things you might want to try if you have Diablo 4 on your PS4, PS5, Xbox One, or Xbox Series X|S and are having this problem.

Close Out Diablo 4 Completely or Reboot Your Console

Since the Diablo 4 servers aren’t reading your license as legitimate, attempting to relaunch and get in again may sort this error out. Either closing and relaunching the game or rebooting your console will achieve the same result, hopefully a good one.

Make Sure Your Diablo 4 Is Up to Date

Since Diablo 4 is always online, you have to be updated to the latest patch to play. Check to make sure Diablo 4 has installed the latest patch. If not, this may fix Error Code 300010 right up.

Uninstall and Reinstall Diablo 4

Because this is a server-based error, there aren’t a lot of things you can do to fix it. The last resort should be to uninstall and reinstall Diablo 4 to see if the servers recognize your license. Though truly, it may take less time just to wait for the servers to sort themselves out if you’ve done the above two steps and don’t have a decent internet connection.

That’s all you can do to fix Diablo 4 Error Code 300010. If you get this error for more than a day, you’ll likely want to get in touch with Blizzard support to see if there actually is a problem with your game license.
