Blueprint Microchips can be found in various containers spread around the world as soon as you stumble upon one, whether it’s buried in sand, within a crashed spaceship, or in an abandoned facility. They have a chance to spawn in large containers, but if you spot a small, square-shaped container, you’re almost certainly getting a Blueprint Microchip in this box.
Best Locations to Farm Blueprint Microchips in The Planet Crafter
There are no specific “locations” where you can find dozens of these chips lying around, but I will be glad to share some of the coordinates where I had the fortune to find some Blueprint Microchips. Basically, these are shipwrecks and secret bunkers.

How to Decode and Use Blueprint Microchips in The Planet Crafter
If you want to make use of these Blueprint Microchips, you need to build a Screen called Blueprints, which will cost you 1 Iron and 1 Silicon. You can access the build menu by pressing the Q button on your keyboard.
After accessing this screen, you can simply click the “Decode a Blueprint Microchip” button at the bottom of the screen. Then, you will be informed of what you’ve unlocked with this decode action. In the bottom-left section, you will see how many Blueprint Microchips you still have left to decode.
