Riders Republic: How to Get the Rocket Bike and Rocket Skis

Feel the need for speed? Will you claim the Rocket Bike and Rocket Skis in Riders Republic? They'll cost you a pretty penny.

There are multiple ways to get around and traverse the world of Riders Republic, but few are as cool as the Rocket Bike and Rocket Skis. Within the first couple of gameplay hours, you’ll likely unlock several fast travel points. Likewise, as you progress, you’ll obtain vehicles and gear such as bikes, snowmobiles, and skis.

Later on, you’ll even get the Wingsuit and Rocketwing, as well as the Plane Wing Jetpack. But, there are also other items that can’t be acquired normally that help you zip around the open-world map. Here’s our guide to help you with the Rocket Bike and Rocket Skis in Riders Republic.

Premium Items and Exotic Kits

As unfortunate as it sounds, the Rocket Bike and Rocket Skis are considered Exotic Kits. These are premium items that can only be unlocked if you purchase the Year 1 Pass. The Riders Republic season pass isn’t cheap, and you can expect to shell out $39.99 for it.

If you already have it, then the Rocket Bike and Rocket Skis will be in your gear inventory. You can equip and try them out, enjoying the burst of speed that they offer.

Another upside is that they greatly improve your character’s maneuverability while traversing various types of terrain, though you still need to watch out for large rocks and trees. Even with the ridiculous speeds provided by the Rocket Bike and Rocket Skis, your character will still get whacked like they hit a brick wall running into these obstacles.

As mentioned earlier, these are just two of the Exotic Kits in the Year 1 Pass. Buying the Season DLC also includes more rewards besides the Rocket Bike and Rocket Skis, such as the Winter Cosmetic Bundle and BMX Sport Add-on/Cosmetic Bundle.

You can also look forward to six additional Exotic Kits that will come out in Season 2 as DLC packs, though we still don’t know when that will go live. For now, you can take a look at the Year 1 Roadmap for Riders Republic in an official trailer from Ubisoft.

Outside of that, there isn’t much else to know about the Rocket Bike and Rocket Skis. These are two vehicles that take the campaign career mode and Zen Mode in Riders Republic to another level, but they aren’t necessary to win races or enjoy exploring the open world map.
