The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom Follow the Cuccos quest is just one of many you’ll find as you journey through the Sky Islands, Hyrule, and the Depths. It’s located in Kakariko Village, where you’ll receive a task from Trissa in the town’s item shop. How to Complete Follow the Cuccos Quest in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom
Trissa will inform you that she’s short on bird eggs, one of the main goods that she sells. Her Cuccos have been acting strangely lately and running off to some unknown location each morning. She wants Link to recover 10 bird eggs for her from wherever it is her Cuccos are going.
It isn’t just Trissa’s birds that are running away, either: all the Cuccos in town have found a secret hiding place for their eggs. Luckily, I’ve puzzled it out and can tell you where it is. There are actually two different ways to reach the nest.
How to Find the Cuccos Hiding Spot in TotK: Method 1
To complete the TotK Follow the Cuccos quest, find one of Kakariko Village‘s many Cuccos’ and wait until 5 a.m. At this point, the birds will start moving through the town. You’ll want to follow them outside of the village and up a nearby hill into a concealed cave. Congrats, you’ve just discovered Cucco’s Hideaway.
How to Find the Cave in Follow the Cuccos: Method 2
If you don’t want to go through that quick and painless little game of chase, you can just go directly to the cave and grab the dozen eggs inside. It’s located at coordinates (1876, -1168, 0200). Once you’ve got 10 eggs, you can go deliver them to Trissa for your purple (50) rupee reward.

Though finding the birds can be a bit tricky if you don’t know where to look, this is an otherwise easy quest with a decent reward for your time.
