How to Complete White Goats Gone Missing in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom (TotK)

TotK White Goats Gone Missing starts at the Tabantha Bridge Stable, where you’ll talk to your partner in reporting, Penn.

Penn has you speak with Chork who’s standing nearby. He explains that he’s lost a recipe for animal feed given to him by Princess Zelda, and now his goats are missing, too, after he tried to create the feed from memory. Unsuccessfully, as you may have guessed by the goats having run away after he tried to feed it to them.

Where to Find the Goats in TOTK

You can follow a trail of pine cones to find the goats, but I’ve included a map below that shows you exactly where they are, especially if you’re like me and picked up half the pine cones on your way to the stable already. (Fun fact: the red X is where I died to a lightning strike.)

You’ll find that the goats are huddled around the base of a mushroom tree with the recipe from Zelda, and Chork learns a valuable lesson to not attempt to feed any living creature whole pine cones.

Next, you’ll return back to Tabantha Bridge Stable to collect your reward from Penn, which will vary depending on how many Lucky Clover Gazette quests you’ve done so far. And you’ll be one step closer to earning the full Froggy Armor set if you’re aiming for it.

With that, you’ve completed the TotK White Goats Gone Missing quest. Check out some of our other Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom guides, including others for more Lucky Clover Gazette quests like “For Our Princess!” and “An Eerie Voice.”
