There is no shortage of arc assault rifles in Destiny 2, but Come to Pass is certainly worth picking up in The Witch Queen. Here's exactly how to unlock it.

By completing Destiny 2‘s latest activity, guardians can add four Legendary weapons to their arsenal, including the all-new Come to Pass assault rifle. In this guide to The Witch Queen expansion, we’ll go over how to do just that.

How to Get Come to Pass in Destiny 2: The Witch Queen

At the moment, the only way to get the Come to Pass Legendary assault rifle is by playing The Wellspring, which is this season’s new six-player activity. The recommended Power Level for the activity is 1510 on normal difficulty, so you may need to grind for more powerful drops before jumping right into it.

If you have already completed The Witch Queen campaign on Legendary difficulty, then you should be good to go.

Before being able to launch The Wellspring and try for Come to Pass, you must first complete The Witch Queen campaign and pick up “The Spring of Power” quest from Fynch. Doing so will give you access to The Wellspring activity where the four new weapons have a chance of dropping once you defeat the final boss.

However, Come to Pass will only drop on certain days when the Wellspring boss is Golmag, Warden of the Spring. You can check which weapon has a chance of dropping before launching the activity by hovering over The Wellspring’s icon on the Destiny 2 map.

While the drop rate of Come to Pass is RNG-based, it shouldn’t take too many tries for the Legendary assault rifle to eventually drop after running The Wellspring and defeating the final boss.

The difficult part is getting Come to Pass to drop with the Deepsight Resonance trait. You’ll need two Come to Pass assault rifles with Deepsight Resonance in order to unlock its weapon pattern.

While they aren’t exactly necessary, weapon patterns are a big help as they allow you to craft customized weapons with perks of your choice. This makes it worth grinding for Deepsight Resonance drops rather than hoping to get lucky with random rolls on your weapons.

Since Come to Pass is not guaranteed to drop after completing The Wellspring activity, having it drop with Deepsight Resonance twice is an even rarer occurrence. Nonetheless, it is still worth getting if you aim to use the weapon extensively and want to tailor it to your liking.
