The latest Yu-Gi-Oh! expansion Rising Rampage offers support for many well established archetypes, some of which were absolutely necessary after the wave of card bans and some other changes that have been implemented to this highly evolving card game.
However, there are only a handful of decks that could really create a healthy competitive atmosphere in the current meta. These four decks are presented below with their complete decklists.
Regardless, whether you’re a new or an experienced player, these decks will bring you to many victories in the upcoming Yu-Gi-Oh! tournaments.

The two most powerful cards in this archetype are Endymion, the Mighty Master of Magic, which can potentially destroy all enemy monsters, and Mythical Beast Jackal King, which can put as many monsters on the battlefield as you want, including from your extra deck.
The two best monsters you can cast from your extra deck are Odd-Eyes Vortex Dragon, which can return an opponent’s monster to their hand, and Apollousa, Bow of the Goddess, which can negate enemy monster activations.
You can also link into Odd-Eyes Absolute Dragon, which can return monsters from graveyard, or Heavymetalfoes Electrumite that can put more Pendulum monsters on the table if that’s what your situation requires.
This is definitely one of the most flexible and powerful decks in the current meta, and there isn’t that many decks today that can counter Pure Endymion.

Yu-Gi-Oh! veterans are well familiar with the Marincess archetype. The playstyle of this deck is very fast and exciting, which allows you to link together a huge number of Marincess monsters, and activate lots and lots of triggers in a long sequence.
This allows to create a special combo, which can lead to some explosive turns with the help of such cards like Marincess Blue Tang, Marincess Sea Horse, Marincess Coral Anemone, Marincess Crystal Heart, and Marincess Marbled Rock.
The latter one can become huge if you can link all these monsters together consecutively and create a Crystal Heart effect, which makes you invincible and you can’t take no damage anymore.
Marincess Frog is an exceptional combo deck that all Yu-Gi-Oh! players should try out in this meta.

Every Tenyi deck needs a lot of Tenyi monsters that can support each other. That’s why the main deck includes 15 Tenyi monsters and extra deck holds eight more, including the newest Shaman of the Tenyi, which works really well with the two copies of the Mare Mare monster.
The most effective spell in this deck is Vessel for the Dragon Cycle. It allows you to send any Wyrm monster to search for a Tenyi monster and put it into your hand for free. This can result in some really powerful turns if you can play it early on.
But this deck also relies greatly on several traps. Waterfall of Dragon Souls is especially valuable, as it allows you to get access to all your Tenyi monsters, and then you get to draw some cards.
Tenyi has a big chance to really shine in this meta, but players who decide to pilot it should know that it’s always better to go second, if you hold Vessel for the Dragon Cycle in your opening hand.

Before being banned, Orcust Guardragon has been considered one of the most overpowered archetypes in Yu-Gi-Oh!. Lately, the deck had to adapt to the new rules and that’s why the decklist changed quite drastically.
This particular list includes a hefty number of Generaid monsters, so it’s a hybrid archetype that relies on the powers of all these types of monsters. The deck relies heavily on graveyard synergies, negate effects of the Generaid monsters and several spells that also return your monsters from your graveyard to your hand.
The deck is tightly built in such a way that your opponents will not be able to destroy your monsters, and even if they do, then graveyard mechanics will get them back either on board or into your hand.
As a result, you will never be out of monsters on the battlefield, which means that you can link summon more and more until your opponents simply give up.
