Here's where you can find all the Wutai spies in Crisis Core: Final Fantasy 7 Reunion.

Crisis Core: Final Fantasy 7 Reunion players who want to get the Wutai’s Nemesis trophy / achievement must find all six Wutai spies during Chapter 5. These spies may also appear as part of missions 4-3-1 through 4-3-6, but you don’t have to complete the missions in order to get the trophy.

All Wutai Spies Locations in Crisis Core

In order to start this side quest, you need to defeat Bahamut Fury before going  to Nibelheim and then speak to Soldier 2nd Class at Loveless Avenue.

Note that spies must be found in order as they appear below. If you find and speak to them out of order, the trophy will be permanently lost, so be aware of this.

  • First Spy: A man walking outside the Loveless Avenue Theater next to a blue truck.
  • Second Spy: A Shinra soldier walking next to the main gate of the market in Sector 5: Slums.
  • Third Spy: A Shinra worker leaving the right elevator at the entrance of the Shinra Building.
  • Fourth Spy: A woman speaking to a man at the fountain in Sector 8, right next to the entrance of Sector 1: Train Station.
  • Fifth Spy: A Shinra worker standing in front of the flying rocket in Shinra Building: Exhibit Room.
  • Sixth Spy: A kid disguised as a Wutai soldier standing in the Slums Park, which is located to the right of the market.

Once you locate a Wutai spy, you need to trigger conversation with each of them three times in order to expose them. Once exposed they will be captured and removed from the streets.
