Curios aren’t exciting, but Curios and their Perks provide your primary defensive stats in Warhammer 40k: Darktide. The new Refine Item function found at the Shrine of the Omnissiah allows you to reroll Perks on weapons and Curios alike, and surely you’ll want to know what’s available.

Curios come with a single Blessing that increases Toughness, Max Health, Wounds, or Stamina; they are imbued with up to three Perks depending on their rarity. Transcendant (orange) allows for three Perks.

If you haven’t played with the new Refine Item feature yet, check out our guide to rerolling Perks in Darktide. But here, let’s get to the list of Perks you can find on Curios.

Darktide Curio Perks

As with our Weapon Perks guide, we won’t go over number specifics for each Perk, as they are not well documented and are likely to change over time. Instead, what you need to know is that you can see Perk tiers next to their description.

Perks come in four tiers, the highest being Tier 4. When you obtain a piece of gear or reroll a Perk, you can see its tier indicated by diamond shapes to the left of the Perk. If it has four diamonds, it’s the best version of that Perk right now (December 2022).
