Will Redfall Have Crossplay?

Here's what we know about Redfall having crossplay.

Redfall is the story driven, vampire slaying co-op FPS coming from Arkane and Bethesda. Take on a Massachusetts town full of vampires solo or in teams of four. Releasing May 2 for Xbox Series X|S and PC via Steam, Microsoft Store, and Epic Games as well as on Games Pass, many are wondering if Redfall will have crossplay. Here's the answer.

Will Redfall Have Crossplay? Answered

According to a post on Redfall's official twitter account, yes the game will have crossplay. Stating "you join your friends where they are," the Redfall team confirmed crossplay as a feature during a Community Q&A. With in game co-op featured throughout the marketing it makes sense that players will be able to kill bloodsuckers with their friends regardless if on PC or Xbox. It was also noted that Games Pass players are included in this, as well.

Being in an open world environment, having teammates to help you through missions is a boon. There are four "heroes" currently available to choose from, each with their own unique skill sets. While they all synergize well together, they are complete characters and the game can be played solo just as well as co-op. The missions and areas will be scaled for solo or co-op play.

Whether you are looking to rock the town of Redfall solo or group up with friends, you will be able to play with whoever you want no matter their chosen platform.
