To help keep you on the right track, here is a list of the Atomic Heart controls for PC, PlayStation, and Xbox. Those using PC will want to pay close attention since they have extra options that allow for more flexibility, including an exclusive cartridge menu that allows them to use cartridges a bit easier.

Atomic Heart Controls and Keybindings List

These controls are all the default settings. For console players that won’t mean much because it’s not possible to customize the controls. PC players on the other hand can change a majority of their controls, although it’s worth noting this can sometimes result in awkward issues down the keybindings menu doesn’t list everything.
