These are the four hidden achievements related to story progression in Darkest Dungeon 2. You can’t miss these hidden achievements, and you’ll pop these as you play through the game.

• Hot Air: Complete the Resentment Confession by defeating the Seething Sigh
• Eyes Up: Complete the Obsession Confession by defeating the Focused Fault
• Handled: Complete the Ambition Confession by defeating the Ravenous Reach
• Body of Work: Complete the Cowardice Confession by defeating the Body of Work

Other Hidden Achievements in Darkest Dungeon 2

There are five other hidden achievements in the game. These achievements revolve around defeating specific enemies and optional bosses, doing so under specific requirements, or losing one of your Heroes with specific buffs.

• Escape from the Black Hole: Defeat a Shambler.
  • To encounter the Shambler, interact with Shambler’s Altar at an Academic’s Study.
• Circle of Life: Defeat a Shambler while a Shambler’s Spawn is equipped to the Stagecoach.
  • You can unlock a Shambler’s Spawn with 155 Candles of Hope at the Altar of Hope.
• Tears in the Rain: Lose a Hero who was full of Memories.
  • For this, you’ll need a Hero who’s made it through the Confession Bosses long enough to equip all 5 Memory slots before they die.
• Not Today!: Defeat Death.
  • Death can be a grueling boss fight. Here’s how to find and beat Death.
• This Belongs in a Museum: Defeat the Antiquarian
  • You can find the Antiquarian in the Sprawl. This boss is often accompanied by Pillagers.
