  2. Select “Network and Internet“.
  3. Go to “Change adapter options” in the “Advanced network settings“.
  4. Right-click on your connection device.
  5. Open Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4).
  6. Enter the following addresses:
    • Preferred DNS server: 8.8.8.8
    • Alternate DNS server: 8.8.4.4
  7. Press OK to confirm.
  8. Open Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6).
  9. Enter the following addresses:
    • Preferred DNS server: 2001:4860:4860::8888
    • Alternate DNS server: 2001:4860:4860::8844
  10. Press OK to confirm.
