The weekly quests in Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 2 will have you hunting for keys and treasure. You’ll need to locate and open a Two Lock Chest for one of this week’s missions. Completing these is the most efficient way to level up your Battle Pass, with this quest rewarding a whopping 24,000 XP. Here you’ll find all you need to know to complete the Two Lock Chest quest.
How to Open a Two Lock Chest
There are a few steps to complete before opening a Two Lock Chest:
- Obtain two keys.
- Locate a Two Lock Chest.
- Approach the Chest.
- Insert two keys (you’ll need to do so one at a time).
- The Chest will open, and you’ll have completed the quest!

How to Find Keys to Open a Two Lock Chest
Keys can be obtained in numerous ways, but I found the quickest method to be purchasing one for 100 Gold from NPC CRZ-8. You can find him at Bamboo Circle, which is northwest of Mega City. We marked his location on the map above.Â
Other, less reliable ways to get Keys include:
- Loot Chests (though this is the grindiest method).
- Eliminating other players who may have a Key already.
- Getting the Keymaster Augment, which gives two Keys automatically.
Where to Find Two Lock Chest Locations
Two Lock Chests are found all across the Fortnite map, with plenty of locations to choose from. There’s even a chest directly southwest of CRZ-8 for optimal convenience. We marked the map above with all Two Lock Chest locations so that no matter where you are in-match, you can find a Two Lock Chest nearby.
