When is the Traveler’s Birthday?
The Traveler doesn’t have a set birthdate in Genshin Impact, as it’s chosen by the player when they initially customize their profile. This choice will be reflected on their profile page and will also be the date the development team auto-sends a unique cake item.
How to Receive Character Birthday Mail in Genshin Impact? Answered

One unique aspect to take note of is Birthday Mail that characters will send to The Traveler. Unlike other mail that will remain in the inbox for a while, Birthday Mail can only be accepted on the character’s birthday itself.
If you don’t log in on the same day and claim the rewards, they’ll disappear from your inbox.
Along with a unique written letter, it also comes with different attachments and their special food item. Any following Birthday Mails will feature different text and attachments. It’s not required to own the characters to receive Birthday Mail, so don’t be too caught off-guard if you receive mail from a character you’ve never seen before.
