The Simulated Universe is one of the main endgame activities in Honkai: Star Rail. It’s a rogue-lite gauntlet of increasingly difficult combat encounters offset by Blessings. These ability enhancers provide your team with a possible edge over your enemies. The Remembrance Path, one of six Blessing types, is focused primarily on the Frozen condition. Best Remembrance Blessings in HSR’s Simulated Universe
Remembrance mostly revolves around the Frozen status, whether that’s letting you apply it easier or deal massive damage when it wears off. There are 22 total Blessings of Remembrance — six 3-Stars, seven 2-Stars, and eight 1-Stars. And while all have a place, some are more optimal than others depending on the situation.
Best Three-Star Remembrance Blessings
Perfect Experience: Innocence
This Blessing has a 100% chance to apply the Dissociation debuff on Weakness Break for one turn. Dissociation Freezes, and when the Freeze wears off, the enemy takes 30% of their max HP in Ice damage. Its enhanced version ignores any Frozen resistance the enemy has — more damage, easier fights, plain and simple.
Perfect Experience: Fuli
Another Dissociation Blessing, this one has a chance to apply whenever you attack a Frozen enemy. If you don’t have Innocence or want more ways to apply Dissociation, this Blessing has you covered. Its Enhanced version increases debuff’s damage by an additional 20%.
Resonance Formation: First Love Once More
One of the only Remembrance Path Resonance Blessings, First Love Once More is an excellent option if you don’t have either. It automatically regenerates 40% of your Path Resonance gauge at the start of any fight, and all Damage over Time you deal decreases the cooldown by an additional 5%.
Best Two-Star Remembrance Blessings
Ultimate Experience: Insensitivity
A pure Dissociation damage buff, this Blessing increases the damage any afflicted enemy takes by 36%. If you enhance it, that increase improves to 54%.
Ultimate Experience: Maverick
This Blessing gives you an easier start to almost any battle, as there is a 150% chance to Freeze every enemy for their first turn. If you have a means to apply Dissociation, even better. The enhanced version of this Blessing also reduces affected enemies’ speeds by 30% for a single turn, giving you an even bigger head start.
Ultimate Experience: Dizziness
Should you apply Dissociation via other means, you can attack an enemy with it active to remove the effect early and deal 150% Dissociation damage whenever you choose. The enhanced version increases the damage by 200%.
Best One-Star Remembrance Blessings
Experience: Stone Cold Hatred
Another flat damage buff Blessing, this one provides a 36% increase to damage done to Frozen enemies by Skills and Ultimates. This buff increases to 54% if you enhance the Blessing.
Experience: Primordial Hardship
This Blessing increases damage to Frozen enemies by 16%, or 24% when enhanced. More damage? More damage.
Experience: Responsive Excitement
One of the only survivability Blessings in Remembrance, Freezing a target with this one active provides a Shield that can absorb damage equal to 16% of the character’s total HP. The Shield improves to 24% of total HP when enhanced.
