New World has a dedicated official server status page that uninterruptedly monitors the current status of all game servers here:
On that page, you can see all dedicated servers and their current conditions in one of five available regions:
- US West
- US East
- SA East
- EU Central
- AP Southeast
If your server is offline or under maintenance, then simply switch to another working server in your game client according to the server status page.
